Annual General Meeting
 
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is usually held in June to review the auditor's report and annual budget, as well as to elect directors to the Board for the coming year.
 
The AGM is conducted on an approved agenda basis. The agenda is normally announced when the notice of meeting is circulated.
 
Tenants are welcome to attend the AGM but only unit owners may vote. If you are a unit owner who is unable to attend the AGM, please complete the proxy document included with the notice of meeting. This document authorizes another person to exercise your vote at the AGM.
Board meetings
 
The Board meets at the minimum quarterly, as well as on an “as required” basis, in order to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Corporation.
